Returns

You have a 21 day right to return period on all orders! To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Your right to cancel

You can cancel your entire order within that period (21 days) without any stated reason or mandatory form. It can be made in oral or text form (e.g. by an email, fax, mail or by our cancellation form).

Orders above 40€

You can send back the goods for free. Use the sticker that was included in the initial package:

  • Call courier and arrange a date for a pick up. They will pick up the package and send it back to us.
  • Or bring the package to the nearest courier office.

Orders below 40€

It is our policy that you pay delivery costs If your order was worth less than 40€. It is up to you to choose your preferred courier. Do however compare the prices of different services. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How to issue a return

    1. Pack the goods in suitable packaging.
    2. Send us an email on support@raedical.com with following information:
        • Order number
        • First and last name
        • Address (street, zip code, country)
        • Telephone number (include country code)
        • Email
        • Bank account (in a case of a full refund)
        • Specify return option (Refund or trade-in. See below)
        • Item to return (Article Nr., color, size, number, reason)
        • Item to exchange (Article Nr., color, size, number, reason)

          Keep the postage receipt when returning your package in the case it gets lost. The receipt will be required for tracking purposes. We will send you an Email as soon as we have received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

          Refund or trade-in:

          • Issue a full refund (refund of entire product value in EUR) or
          • Trade-in for other products

          Justified returns due to mistakes on our side will instantly be exchanged and/or refunded. You will be reimbursed the delivery cost.

          If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

          Complaints regarding falsely delivered goods

          If the reason of the return is our fault (the product came with any flaw or damage, or we made a mistake with your order), you’ll be reimbursed the delivery cost. We will also take care of your delivery costs. Justified returns due to mistakes on our side will instantly be exchanged or refunded.

          Complaints regarding damaged goods (material flaw)

          If you discover a material flaw, please contact us by sending an email before sending it back. We will take a look at the problem and let you know if it makes sense to send the product back.

          • Describe the problem (add photo if possible)

          If we think your product has a material flaw we will send a new replacement, or if that exact product is not in stock we will send a qualitatively equivalent model of the same price range as the claimed product.

          If we the decide that your claim is not valid (for example because the product was broken due to improper use), we will contact you and send the product back.

          Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

          If you haven’t received a refund yet:

          • First check your bank account again.
          • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
          • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

          Sale items (if applicable)

          Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
